Our company is specialized in producing brake discs and brake drums for automobiles, with the integration of development, casting, processing and marketing. Our factory was established in 1992. Our factory has advanced production equipment, reasonable techniques and complete detection means. Our new products are researched and designed fast and the capability of the cooperation with clients is strong. Our product quality has been reliably guaranteed depending on high-level employees, high-efficiency numerical control, high-precision measuring equipment and a complete set of strict and reliable quality guarantee system.Our factory belongs to non-governmental enterprise which covers about 6ha.floor area. At present, we have 98 workers, including over 15 technologists. Meanwhile, our quality guarantee department has 12 technologists who can carry out the quality management system with high security and high efficiency, including over ten sets of checkout equipment and over ten sets of hundred sets of equipment. Advanced tension testers, sclerometer, metal microscopes, analyzers for foundry and fast analyzers are equipped to satisfy the analysis and test of foundry materials. Our present throughput of brake discs and brake drums can reach 3000t/year, and the output of finished products can reach 4000000pcs/year.
